Shinco plans to release a 32″ flat-panel LCD TV with built-in basic DVR capabilities – but no built-in storage. Instead, the TV supports external USB storage for recordings. The TV will ship with an empty USB enclosure for 2.5″ drives, though you can attach basically any USB storage. It looks like it will be a very basic DVR, still it will be another option.
