Not only does the $20 rebate require proof of purchase of some other Roxio product, but the rebate’s eligibility date starts on Jan 1, which is the day after the discount from buy.com has expired. So, while this is cheaper than the MSRP (street price is closer to $80), I dare say no one will get it for $37.99.
