TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO ), the creator of and a leader in television services for digital video recorders (DVR), today announced the appointment of Tara Maitra as vice president, general manager of content services. In this role, Ms. Maitra will be responsible for developing unique content offerings for broadband delivery and relationships with content companies. She will report to Edward Lichty, vice president of corporate development.
