Helpful video but how do I hook up my VCR to the PAL and the TV with the RCA cables.. I am confused about the RCA cables from the PAL to the what VCR and then what RCA cables to the TV (and are they put in which slots IN or Out). Then I will go to the blue screen but cannot find anything but blue…Can U help. or make a video about it…

I don’t have the DTVPal myself, but I suspect that you would take the RCA cables form the DTVPal to the A/V *IN* on the VCR, then the A/V *OUT* on the VCR to the A/V *IN* on the TV. Then you need to set the VCR to use the A/V input (and not, say, its internal tuner) and depending on the VCR it may need to be powered on to pass the signal to the TV.
