The last Streaming Media West was held on November 8-9, 2011, and today StreamingMedia.com posted a video of the presentation given by Western Digital and Sling Media on their respective products. The presentation was made by Western Digital’s Business Development Manager – Branded Products, Amit Patel and Sling Media’s Lead – Product Integration, Mauricio Perez and Desi Ambrozak from Sales and Business Development. I had to feel kind of badly for Amit when he talked about the extensive work WD did on their Blockbuster On Demand implementation, given the recent news.
