Charter seems to be ramping up their TiVo-related efforts. They’re already providing the TiVo Premiere to customers in Fort Worth, TX, and now they’ve posted two long-form videos explaining TiVo to their customers.
The first video is nearly 19 minutes long and extensively covers the features of the TiVo Premiere from Charter.
The second video is roughly nine minutes long and covers help and troubleshooting, answering common questions users may have about TiVo.

The videos are well done, though I could’ve done without the soporific background music. They provide a good look at the product & service, which should be good for helping Charter customers understand what they’d get with TiVo.
