I just returned a standard def Tivo Series 2 box- due to the green screen of death. I purchased an 8300 rogers HDPVR instead- and I am SORELY DISAPPOINTED! Tivo was much easier to find shows and to record them- better search functionality, better interface...and EXCEPT for the HD- Tivo is superior in every way. Dispite using all of the requisite cables etc to make it work.

I wouldn't mind seeing a US TiVo that works with HD cable boxes.... Especially with SDV looming.

I have an HD cable box, that I'm using less and less...but I could use more HD tuners, and I don't want the hassle of returning the HD cable box.

I'd probably need to get a new remote if I ended up with a 3rd TiVo though.
