I do think that if they get the S4 OCAP box running and it plays nice with the S3/THD that they will have probably the best whole house entertainment platform on the market.  You have to know that more than likely they are going to try something with Crestron too for this whole home system.  They have that partnership already.  I think that it goes far beyond just adding some control functionality to the systems.  I think that this might be a low end entrance for crestron into the general home market not just high end installs.
