Given the amount of information available on the net, Bush supporters tend to go to sites that support Bush and knock the Democrats; similarly Democrats flock to sites that rubbish Bush, "9/11 truthers" believe all they read on the conspiracy sites and decry anything that doesn't support their viewpoint.In the past TV has the power to influence because it was a push technology with limited channels.
