Congratulations to TiVo on the TiVo HD winning both the Readers’ Choice and Editors’ Choice as the Home Entertainment Device of the Year in the the 2007 Engadget Awards!

I have to say software version 9.3 for the Series2 is incredible. The previous version was so slow, my wife kept yelling at me to fix the tivo.
I have mixed feelings though, because if 9.3 didn’t fix it, I was going to get a TivoHD.

I figured I should add a post so I can enter future giveaways. I keep meaning to.

I have to say as a new tivo owner/user, I agree with this 100%. Its improved everything about how I watch tv and really shows that not all DVR were created equal.

When I purchased my first Tivo (series 2) my wife was very negative. Now it is “her” Tivo.
When I purchased my new Tivo HD with Christmas money she was negative again. Now she uses the Tivo HD to pull her soaps to the big screen HD tv.

I love the product and wish I had more money to purchase more.
