I was poking fun at their making a big announcement over it and calling BD their &#039;preferred digital format&#039; as if they really had a choice.  HD DVD is going away.  What was their other option, making HD VMD their preferred format? ;-)It was just a way for Amazon to grab a little of the press for themselves.
