Which is close to the same pricing on the TiVo HD either way. But the deadline on the $399 deal is fast approaching, so you'd need to make sure you have it to activate before the deadline. It won't do you any good if you order it but it doesn't arrive in time. The bundle is a safer bet in that regard.
