Roxio and TiVo confirm TiVoToGo troubles on the Mac
Since the 9.1/9.2 software update hit, some Mac-using TiVo owners have experienced troubling using Roxio Toast 8 or Popcorn 3 for TiVoToGo. Dave Zatz dug into the issue and received a confirmation from both TiVo and Roxio that they are aware of the issue. TiVo says the company is working on a “timely” fix, and Roxio said:
As a result of the recent TiVo DVR update and release of Leopard, some Roxio customers using Toast 8 and Popcorn 3 are experiencing technical issues which we are actively working to resolve. We plan to release updaters in the near future.
Dave has some suggestions for work-arounds, so check out his post if you’re having any issues.

This problem is not just with the Roxio software. Since early last week I have been unable to transfer files either by the previously available https access or by Galleon or TivoDecode Manager.

Check your System Information and make sure your TiVoToGo status is a,a,a (and not i,i,i). If it isn’t, go to Manage My Account online and make sure video transfers are enabled.
If the status is correct, try rebooting the box.
