BusyBox settles GPL lawsuit against Monsoon over Hava

In September I reported on a lawsuit against Monsoon for violating the GPL with their Hava products. They used GPL’d code from BusyBox in the Hava but didn’t make the source code available to users, as required by the GPL. The lawsuit has been settled now. Monsoon will bring themselves into compliance with the GPL, making the source code available and notify existing users of their rights under the GPL. They’ll also be paying an undisclosed settlement to BusyBox.

I still recommend Slingbox. :-)
