TiVo HD lifetime transfer offer good on retail units

While the $199 TiVo lifetime transfer seemed to be limited to units purchased directly from TiVo, based on the conditions, it seems units purchased elsewhere are eligible. WeaKnees reported that units purchased from them are eligible, and Lou Jacob of DVRupgrade let me know that units from them are eligible as well. Also, DVRupgrade is offering a free Glo remote with the purchase of an upgraded TiVo HD.
