Paramount and Dreamworks Blu-ray titles – get them before they’re gone
While Paramount and Dreamworks recently announced that they’re going HD DVD exclusive, there are currently 32 individual titles from them released on Blu-ray, and one collection. They will not be recalling these discs, but once existing stocks are depleted they will not be re-pressed. So, if you want any of these on Blu-ray, buy them before they’re gone. There are a few here I’m thinking about picking up.

The HD-DVD HD-A2 keeps going in and out of stock since it’s #1 in Amazon electronics today. Ever since Paramount and Dreamworks saw the light, people have been snatching them up. The newest deal on Amazon has the price you noted with an additional 3 HD-DVD’s for free from Amazon (and 5 more still from Toshiba). Even at the cheapest of media prices, if you take that off the cost you are getting a great upconverting player for less than a standard dvd player. Welcome to the world of competition.
