They have lied to me in getting local channels in HD and forced me to the get the VIP622 and now under a new contract which they failed to inform me. Their customer service will tell you what you need to hear but fail to inform you of the consequences. I AM VERY UNSATIFIED WITH DISH NETWORK. They can't even get their records straight.
