SlingPlayer Mobile for Palm OS Review – and a giveaway!
The content I promised in my earlier post is up – A Review of SlingPlayer Mobile for Palm OS. And it is packed full of screen shots of just about every screen in the software.
But that’s not all – TiVo Lovers is giving away one free license for SlingPlayer Mobile for Palm OS – a USD$29.99 value. (OK, so the key works in Windows Mobile too, if you must.

I have been using the Beta of this software for a few weeks now, and it is great. I am able to watch tv on the train on my way to work every morning (55 minutes each way into the city, Chicago). Download the Beta and try it out if you have a Slingbox, it is a must have. I could really use the free license, as my Beta is about to Expire.

Just got my shiny new Tivo3…buying a slingbox next.
So, I could really use the Slingplayer on my WM5 Mobile!!

Thanks for the review. Waiting to for my new Blackjack and HSDPA from ATT. Got the 650 now but why waste it on EDGE.

It actually works quite well on EDGE – I use it on my 680 and test it on my 650. With the tweaks AT&T did to their EDGE network to help the iPhone, it seems like I can get 200Kbps+ connections, which is decent for streaming.
And you can move the license to th Blackjack by calling Sling support when you get it.
