The lack of security just makes it that much easier for some firestorm to errupt that leaves the site open to being sued.I think the OTM site is run by a small outfit that wrote that up on the fly. It sounds to me like their main concern is with bandwidth and server load, and that statement in the TOU is simply an attempt at keeping it under control.
