The lack of security just makes it that much easier for some firestorm to errupt that leaves the site open to being sued.I think the OTM site is run by a small outfit that wrote that up on the fly. I hope they retain a lawyer promptly to redo all that loose language trying to be a TOS.Hopefully TiVo will see a decent demand for this service and take it back in house somehow to open it up to video bloggers and the like. with all the contradictions and claims of being able to use the content however the site wants I think they open themselves up to enormous liability. It sounds to me like their main concern is with bandwidth and server load, and that statement in the TOU is simply an attempt at keeping it under control. What's hard to say is whether or not they'll actually try to police that, especially with the lack of authentication to view videos.
