TiVoCast launches on Series3 units
Now that 8.1.1 has rolled out to the Series3 units, TiVoCast has been enabled for those users.

I scampered right over to the TiVo to check it out, and was immediately disappointed to find that I don’t have a “TiVoCast” option in my Find Programs menu. Though I definitely have the update (I have the KidZone option and the deleted programs folder). Hmm!

Maybe it hasn’t called home yet, it is in the software it is just a flipped bit. Oh, also check your account management online and make sure video downloads are enabled for the box.

TiVoCast is their name for the broadband content downloads - Rocketboom, CNet, dLife, Union, Heavy, Danger Rangers, etc.
