It stalled out due to rights issues, then NetFlix said they were focusing on other areas of the business. Neither TiVo nor NetFlix has ever pronounced the deal dead, to my knowledge, but it has certainly been comatose for quite a while now. Personally, I think it is dead. Yeah, a couple of years ago.
