Series3 software update
Well, I was just wrapping up my evening when my S3 rebooted and installed a software update - it now has 8.0.1b-01-2-648. Since it was a minor bump (a to b), I expect it is just a minor bug fix update. I wonder what it fixed.
I’ll have to update the FAQ tomorrow (or later today I suppose, after sleep).

Did you figure it out? I set it downloading last night but didn’t reboot til this morning when nothing was being recorded.

Maybe it will fix the partial-recording bug (I got hit all of once, at least) or some of the other common glitches, although I think some of the “common”ality might be the tendency of people to only post when they have something to complain about.
