It looks like someone got their hands on a TiVo Series3 in the production packaging. And they posted photos of it on PVRWire.

    Does anyone know how much the cable cards will be from the various cable company? Or will they have to supply them for free…(i doubt comcast would do that)

    It varies from free to about $5/month. And depending on your local cable franchise they may allow self-installs, or they may require a truck roll and charge you an install fee.
