TiVo Inc. (Nasdaq: TIVO), the creator of and a leader in television services for digital video recorders (DVR), today announced that Matthew Zinn has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Privacy Officer. Mr. Zinn joined TiVo in June 2000 as the company’s chief legal officer, and is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, legislative and consumer privacy issues for TiVo.
