how can they release a ipod friendly feature and not have it work on the mac??

Just going to say the same thing, I don’t get it. Hopefully soon it will change.

As previously reported, TiVo gave on on Apple’s help and is working on the Mac issue themselves with the goal of 1Q2006 – which is the same timeframe reported for this iPod and PSP support.

But even without that, the large majority of iPod users – run Windows. So even without Mac support they’d get a lot of mileage out of supporting the video iPod on Windows. And with the PSP.

First of all, no one has said it won’t work on Mac.

Second, since the vast majority of iPod users run Windows, I don’t see why supporting iPod would mean anything one way or the other about supporting Mac.
