People are finding some cool things with TiVoToGo

You can access information with a web browser. Including downloading programs without using the TiVo Desktop. I think we can expect to see 3rd party tools using the XML protocol.

    is there a way to verify that TivoToGo has been installed?

    Look at your System Information screen – if your unit has upgraded to release 7.1, then you have it.

    Oh – and when it installs you should get a TiVo Central Message about the upgrade.
